We wish to inform you that the “European Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of the data of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as on the free movement of such data” (from now on GDPR) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data.

 Solomon’s Beard srls (hereinafter also referred to as the “Company”) as Data Controller,

pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, therefore, le provides the following Information:

• Types of data: The company may collect and use different types of personal data depending on the specific purposes pursued and described below:

1. a) Personal information: name, surname, gender, age/date of birth, country of origin and other personal data that current regulations allow to collect.
2. b) Contact information: address, email address, telephone or mobile phone number, any fax number and other contact information that current regulations allow to collect ;

• Data source:

Data collected automatically. The computer systems and applications dedicated to the operation of this website detect, during their normal operation, some data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) potentially associated with identifiable users. The data collected includes the IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by the users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the operating system, the browser and the computer environment used by the user. These data are processed, for the time strictly necessary, for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the site and to check its regular functioning. The provision of such data is mandatory as it is directly linked to the web browsing experience.

Data provided voluntarily by the user. Your contact details and accounts. We will retain the contact information you provide to us and (for example, first name, last name, address, telephone number, email, country of residence, telephone number) when you create an account on the site, buy a product and/or participatein our contests or promotions and/or call for assistance. Payment and invoicing data. We will retain the payment and billing information you provide to us (for example, credit card number, postal code and address when you purchase a product, for the purpose of managing purchase orders and shipping products). • Data Processing: In this Privacy Policy, the term “Personal Data” refers to any information that allows the Company to identify the data subject, directly or indirectly. The processing of personal data will take place in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

The Company reserves the right to carry out further processing of data, where required by law or in the context of criminal or other investigations or proceedings.

• Purpose of data processing and legal basis: The processing of your data, collected and stored, has as its legal basis your consent and is carried out for the following purposes:

-Respond to requests for information / quotes;

-Provide assistance and support in the use of the products and / or services purchased;

-Subscription to the Newsletter/Mailing-list;

-Sending educational, informative and commercial communications;

-Management of commercial profiling activities;

-Statistical analysis, market research.

Of these recipients, only the category is indicated, as it is the subject of frequent updates and revisions. Therefore, interested parties may request the updated list of recipients by contacting the data controller through the channels indicated above.

Your data will not be disseminated in any way. The Data Processors and Persons in charge of the processing in charge are punctually identified in the Privacy Document, updated periodically and available on request.

• Data security and confidentiality: The Company has implemented appropriate measures to protect the personal data of the data subject from accidental loss and from unauthorised access, use, modification and disclosure. In the unlikely event that the Company considers that the security of the personal data of the interested party in its possession or under its control has been or may have been compromised, the same will inform the interested party of the incident in the manner provided for by current law, using the methods prescribed by it.
• Retention period: The data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed (“principle of limitation of conservation” art.5, GDPR) or according to the deadlines provided for by law. The verification of the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.
• Rights of the interested party: you can always exercise the right to request from the Data Controller, at any time:

1. a) access to your personal data (obtain confirmation or not that data concerning you are being processed. In this case receive the following information: the purposes, the categories of data, the recipients, the retention period, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the right to request the correction or cancellation or limitation of the processing or opposition to the processing itself as well as the existence of an automated decision-making process);
2. b) the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the treatments that concern you ;
3. c) to oppose the processing and profiling of data concerning him for reasons related to his particular situation. The owner will refrain from any further processing of personal data, unless there are legitimate reasons that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the interested party, or for the assessment, exercise or defense of a right in court.
4. d) to request data portability: in the case of automated processing carried out on the basis of consent or in execution of a contract, to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, the data concerning you
5. e) to revoke the consent to the processing by asserting these rights provided for by the GDPR by simple written communication to the Data Controller. The exercise of this right does not in any way affect the lawfulness of the treatments carried out before the revocation.
6. f) to make a complaint pursuant to art. 77 GDPR to a supervisory authority, based on your habitual residence, place of work or place of violation of your rights; for Italy, the Guarantor is competent for the protection of personal data, which can be contacted through the contact details shown on the website webhttp://www.garanteprivacy.it

The aforementioned rights may be exercised by sending a specific request to the Data Controller through the contact channels indicated above. Requests relating to the exercise of your rights will be processed without undue delay and, in any case, within one month of the application; this period may be extended by a further two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.

• Methods of data processing: the Personal Data you provide will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of the Data Controller. The data will be processed both with IT tools and on paper and on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with adequate technical and organizational security measures provided for by the GDPR.
